How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders typically take 3-5 days to process. Once your order is processed, it will be sent out for shipment and is estimated to arrive within 5-10 business days. Due to current events, shipping times may be delayed by 3-7 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.
Where does my order come from?
Typically, we ship out orders from the United States. Due to increasingly high demand and shipping issues due to Covid-19, we may utilize our international warehouses as well to ensure your order is fulfilled and shipped on time.
Return Policy
Basic Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged, or show signs of a manufacturing mistake. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
